eJyothi Services is looking for a HR Manager or HR Analyst to perform HR functions of its US client Ascella Technologies, Inc. The position will require you to work with Ascella management as well as Ascella employees working at various client locations in the U.S. The candidate must either have experience in US HR standards, policies and procedures, and Administration, or be a self-starter to learn US HR functions. As part of HR team, you would help plan, design, and implement human resources programs and policies for staffing, compensation, benefits, immigration, employee relations, training, and health and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Work with recruiting/talent acquisition team to attract best talents
  • Prepare, review, and execute job offers
  • Review and format candidate resumes for client submission
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks by working with relevant stakeholders and teams
  • Monitor employee timesheets and follow up/coordinate with employees, supervisors, project managers, clients as necessary to resolve any discrepancies
  • Resolve day to day HR issues
  • Perform benefits administration
  • Support performance appraisals and compensation revisions
  • Maintain HR, Administration, and employee files,
  • Serve as a resource and consultant to Ascella's managers, supervisors and employees for resolution of HR issues and applicable US federal, state and local labor laws.
  • Research, analyze, develop, and prepare HR policies and procedures, guidelines, recommendations, reports, and correspondences
  • Create and maintain HR and recruiting templates, forms, and checklists,
  • Research, analyze, evaluate, recommend, and maintain recruiting database/job portal
  • Work with various stakeholders and teams to develop and maintain HR information system, HR database/record maintenance system, and time tracking systems
  • Create and maintain training documents for training HR and recruiting resources

Required Skills

  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills
  • Excellent reviewing and proofreading skills
  • Excellent reading, interpreting, and analyzing skills
  • Adept at self-learning and quick learning
  • Hands on experience or familiarity with US HR and recruiting
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools, job portals, applicant tracking systems etc.
  • Ability to work and coordinate within the team, and across multiple teams
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Education

  • Post graduate degree, MBA (HR)

Experience

  • 1 to 5 years. Prior experience in relevant areas and familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures desired.
  • Freshers with excellent academic track record will be considered at entry level.
