eJyothi follows the CMMI Process and Product Quality Assurance (PPQA) to ensure that every project meets the Quality standards established for the project. The eJyothi PPQA Manager prepares a PPQA plan after consulting with the Project Manager, considering the project schedule, size and other constraints. The PPQA engineer assigned to the project will review compliance with the processes as defined in the PPQA plan.
Configuration Management for project deliverables and other artifacts consists of establishing a document repository along with policies and procedures for document numbering, file structures, version control etc. For software, we employ subversion and git.
Project risks, by definition, are potential factors that may interfere with the achievement of project goals that generally include on time delivery and on budget execution while meeting quality standards. A risk register is maintained for each project to ensure that all risks are proactively addressed and mitigated. Our objective is to ensure that we meet the client goals established for the project and we proactively take measures to ensure that these goals are met.
We have a well- defined communication process in place to assist in collaborative decision making because they are critical for project success. This process will be adapted to project specific requirements during project planning process.
We are very pleased with eJyothi’s level of commitment, dedication, and turnaround times on our projects. Their development has the experience and knowledge needed to deliver quality solutions. We highly recommend eJyothi Services.
