eJyothi has been providing Information Technology and Business Support Services for U.S. based clients for the last 15 years. We help our clients leverage the power of IT to improve their business performance, enabling them to achieve the automation and analytic capabilities of large enterprises. We leverage high-quality Open Source Software and top-class Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) applications and solutions to provide efficient and affordable solutions and services to small businesses and professional organizations.

Since its inception in 2005, eJyothi has been working as a business partner with small businesses in the U.S. Our technical solutions and business services have enabled our clients to improve their business performance and operate with the tools and technologies used by their larger counterparts. Our ability to work as part of an integrated team with our clients has helped us to formulate our business strategy. We have a stable and experienced work-force which comprises highly skilled technical and functional personnel.

    Dr. George Varghese
    President / Managing Director

    Dr. Varghese is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of eJyothi Services. He has been the driving force behind operational excellence and efficiencies throughout the firm. Previously, he was the Director of School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) in Kerala, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Commerce.

    K. M. Manilal
    Vice President

    Mr. Manilal is responsible for managing the company’s Technology Team, providing technology services and systems solutions to clients. In addition to his functional responsibilities, he is also responsible for managing eJyothi's technology infrastructure. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and a post graduate diploma in Computer Applications.

    Grace Mary Cherian
    Senior Principal

    Ms. Cherian is in charge of managing the relationship and contracts between eJyothi’s U.S. clients and their suppliers and vendors. She plays important roles in the functioning of Contracting, Proposal Management, and HR services offered to clients by eJyothi. Prior to joining eJyothi, Ms. Cherian handled academic, quality assurance, client relationship management, and operational support teams at various organizations. Ms. Cherian graduated from Government Engineering College, Thrissur with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

    C K Archana Menon
    Senior Principal

    Ms. Archana Menon has an overall 17+ years of experience spanning across banking operations, finance management, project management, and IT Business solutions. At eJyothi, she is primarily responsible for handling business development, project management, finance, recruiting and other support services offered for its clients. Ms. Menon is a Commerce graduate from Madras Christian College, Chennai. She also holds a PGDBA in Finance from Symbiosis, Pune and CMA (Inter) from ICAI.

    Vinay Kumar
    Principal (IT)

    Mr. Kumar leads software development for client projects. He specializes in Open Source web applications development and maintenance. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science.

    K. Ramesh
    Manager (IT)

    Mr. Ramesh handles IT infrastructure and remote support for client projects. He specializes in server administration and our cloud infrastructure. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Applications and a diploma in Computer Engineering.

    Agnes Paiva
    Associate Manager (HR)

    Ms. Paiva has over 9 years of experience in various HR functional areas. Her expertise includes employee orientation, performance management, grievance handling, employee relationship management, employee engagement, training and grooming sessions and handling large HR databases. She works closely with the Management, providing strategic HR support services. Agnes earned her Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from ICFAI University, Tripura. In her spare time she loves to travel and explore new places, culture and cuisines.
